 Ensuring 100% Load factor on vehicles & operating proper & timely delivery.
 Ensuring more than 95% fill rate of all MT orders
 Ensuring CSD order execution & proper dispatches
 Ensuring loading & unloading of FG as allocated in organizational warehouse.
WORKING on SAP ECC 6.0 / ERP for inventory Management:-
 Sales, Free issues & POSM invoices & making GRN in SAP.
 Raising Satisfaction slip & Goods Receiving (GRN) in SAP
 Damage/Shortage Stock reporting & adjustment in SAP
 Maintain FMFO / FIFO of the stock & Monitoring of SIT
DEPOT ADMINISTRATION –
 Warehouse Management-Warehouse Operations & maintaining MIS
 Housekeeping & safety, Supervision of incoming & outgoing stocks
 Periodic Physical Stock taking to depot for Stock ageing & accuracy
 Legal & all statutory compliances, Job description & Internal Audit
 Depot organizational structure, Hygiene & Maintenance
 Training & Awareness of the staffs.
 To be aware of & to follow all safety guidelines & ensure that all warehouse
equipments are used safely & carefully.
ACCOUNTING & FINANCIAL :–
 Ensuring RTGS amount of AWs
 Preparing Cost Control management
 Reimbursement of depot expenses and C&F remunerations bill
 Finalization of Transportation claims of the vendors.
 Ensuring compliances VAT taxation, APMC & other statutory requirements.
 preparation of staff & labour salary of every month.
REPORTING :–
 Preparing daily stock & sales report, Sales tax forms-JVAT 404
 Daily/Weekly/Monthly Supply Chain report to RRM,RCSM Kolkata
 Stock out report to Branch, PP Deptt, ASM, SO, RRM.
 Expired/Shortage/Damages to CSO, ASM, RSM & Finance.
