⇒ Creating BOM for New product according to WI.
⇒ Generating PO for material procurement.
⇒ Coordination with supplier/Vendor’s for Procurement.
⇒ Creation of daily plan as per customer order.
⇒ Manpower planning and controlling as per production plan (Having 60 to 150 manpower as per the
requirement of project).
⇒ Productivity improvement through various techniques.
⇒ Preparation of various reports related to stock and production and circulates to Top management.
⇒ Yield Improvement, Inventory control, Cost Reduction, Motivation & Team Building.
⇒ Responsible for material management and stock control.
⇒ Responsible for implementation of kaizen/ Kanban / poke yoke and suggestion.
⇒ Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly MIS report for presentation
⇒ Present the current situation toward management by using various management techniques like
Pareto/ defect trend/ PPM trend. Etc.
⇒ Responsible for Process audit with respect to SOP.
⇒ Responsible for arrangement of transport for dispatch.
⇒ Responsible for Operations and maintenance of various kind of packing machines as box taping
machine, cardspak flow wrap (PLC) machine etc.
⇒ Responsible for spare parts availability of cardspak flow wrap machine.
