• Description: This EPC project involves setting up of pellet plant of 4 MTPA capacity including
design, engineering, supply of equipment, technology, erection and commissioning worth € 70
Million. I am responsible for formulating contract agreement with client, risk analysis and mitigation
plan, overall project planning, progress monitoring & reporting, coordination with engineering and
procurement, billing schedule preparation and liaison with vendors for timely execution of project.
2. Sphinx Bag Filter- Ilmenite Smelting Plant, Saudi Arabia
• Role: Project Engineer & Project Planner
• Duration: Dec’11 – Apr’14
• Description: Responsible for overall project management, engineering & design coordination,
equipment manufacturing, inspection & dealt with dispatch of 10 Nos. of Bag Filters along with Pulse
Drive Mechanism for gas cleaning plant at Sphinx Ilmenite Smelter Plant, Saudi Arabia.
3. Mopani & Gergarub (Concentrator- Basic Engineering)- Zambia, Africa
• Role: Project Coordinator & Scheduler
• Duration: Jan’13 – July’14
• Description: Responsible for project coordination, scheduling and progress reporting of basic
engineering package awarded for Copper & Zinc concentrator plant in Zambia and Namibia
respectively. Self visited Zambia, Africa for the engineering progress review meetings, PFD, P&ID,
plant layout finalization and to understand client requirements.

1. 1.5 MTPA Zinc-Lead Beneficiation Plant
Role: Project Engineer
Duration: Oct ’08 – Apr’10
Description: At RAM, in order to enhance the overall capacity of ore treatment from 5mMTPA to
6.5mMTPA, the mill expansion project was executed worth INR 2750 Million. It was the EPC project involved
installation of SAG and Ball mill along with material handling system, flotation circuit, thickeners and filters.
Plant was designed to handle 200 TPH of ore feed to SAG mill.
2. Deep Cone Thickener Project for Process Water Recovery Improvement
Role: Project Engineer
Duration: May ‘10 – Dec’11
Description: This EPC project involves installation of Deep Cone Thickener and associated equipment
including underflow pumps and battery pumps to maximize the water recovery and minimizing tailing
handling problems. The thickener handles 488 TPH of final tailing and produces underflow of 66 % solids.
This involved heavy duty pipe laying of 3.5 Km ( 3 Parallel Lines) which conveyed tailing slurry to the
farthest end at tailing dam.
