About discussing all over the functions of H.Nizam Din & Sons

mentioned below:
 They planned their work and start to do it but not organize the
work accordingly with the plan which cause them failure many
times at the end.
 They so much expected with human resource department but not
providing them authority.
 They didn’t control the things properly like they make a company
but it was only on paper.
 They did many things on paper but not following properly.
 In Nizam din every department is bond to under status quo
system. Which is bond them to not bring the innovative ideas.
 Planning must have to more develop and following.
 Internal Audit departments should stick with their domain unless
interfering others matters.
 Finance department is ruining the ERP system in Nizam. They
should have to hire ERP financial consultants so they can guide
them.
 SOP’s should maintain for every department and did work
according with them.
