Committees (organizing - Registration - Scientific–supervising )
 Organization and implementation of the accompanying exhibits for conferences .
 follow up work progress and task for each committee members.
 Logistical support for conferences and provide special needs for committees
(publications, tools and equipment, papers and other needs )
 Support for scientific committees and communicate with speakers at the
conference ( provide all needs for them).
 Follow up the committees and their performance before and during conferences -
observe all needs for attendance and communicate with them.
 Take responsibility for final acts and conclusion of the conferences and ceremony
trophies , certificates to the participants.
