corporation headquartered in Harrison, New York.
• Varun Beverages was found by Ravi Kant Jaipuria on 16 June 1995.
• Varun beverages is the largest bottler of pepsico across India.
• Varun beverages is a franchise of RJ CORP Foundation.

6. Objectives in Aseptic line
• Online testing for packet integrity test, e.g. Dye test, Conductivity test,
Transverse seal, Longitudinal seal, Squeeze test.
• Final product compatibility test, e.g. pH of final product, brix value of
final product, % Titerable Acidity.
• Assuring GMP & GHK were followed accordingly.

7. Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSD Line):
• Carbonated soft drinks, typically contain water, sweetening and
flavoring.
• To know the production process of carbonated soft drinks.
• To analyze and eradicate the problems associated with manufacturing of
carbonated soft drinks.

9. Objectives in CSD line
• Monitoring and verifications of all 3 CCP’S.
• Online testing and product quality maintenance, e.g. G.V., T.A., BRIX,
Net content, Bottle analysis, Date coding etc.
• Syrup making procedures and CIP protocols as per Pepsico international
specifications.

10. Conclusion
• My one month industrial training at Varun Beverages Limited has been one
of the most productive experience in my life.
• Through this training I have gained new insight and more comprehensive
understanding about the real industrial working and practice.
• It also improved my functional skills.
