This is the only temple in India which is dedicated to the great villain X.
The story of X is fascinating; today his name is often used as a
metaphor to refer for a cunning person. X is known for his intelligence,
cunningness and manipulation. As per the local legends, X attained
moksha (liberation) by praying to Lord Shiva at this place. A large
granite stone inside the shrine is believed to be the seat where X
performed his penance. Although it sounds crazy to see a temple for
the arch villain, the ideals behind its creation is interesting. Hinduism
has different schools of thoughts and one of them is to celebrate the
'traits' or 'Gunas'. In this shrine, X's intelligence and his determination
to win against all odds are praised and celebrated. A community called
Kurawar worship X as a God and believe he is not a villain in the real
sense! They believe it is the circumstances that changed X to take
revenge. Identify “X”.

The etymology of X has slight variations in different languages.
In hebrew origin X means the grace of God Jehovah and if we look at the Indian
origin we find that the X is derived from the word Chananna( ਚਾਨ
ੰ ਨਾ ) (Punjabi
word) which basically means the light of moon (Chand) as in Indian culture the
moon is also considered as a deity and often regarded as Chandra devta. Here
one can see the connect between two different mythological origins as the word X
in both origins has quite similar meaning .
