• Developed e-learning courses using Captivate 8, Camtasia 8, and Articulate
Storyline for both internal and external customers
• Developed curriculum and documentation for classroom and e-learning courses
in systems and operational training
• Facilitated systems and operational training with Kenexa/IBM clients. Training
included applicant tracking, onboarding, and performance training. These had a
goal of familiarizing trainees with the terminology and processes of the various
types of software platforms used by clients

the Compliance Coach e-learning tool developing courses, monitoring reporting
and conducting general administrative duties for the entire division
• Facilitated Merchant Solutions sales, chargeback’s, and customer service classes
on products, systems, and processes of the Merchant division. I also facilitated
Merchant Solutions new hire orientation training which had the goal of
familiarizing trainees with the terminology, processes, and culture of First
National Merchant Solutions.
• Consulted with sales, customer service, and operational training areas to
develop and facilitate courses on systems, products, regulations, and general
credit card processing knowledge

2001 - 2005 Business System Liaison II / Assistant Project Manager
• Coordinated and administrated Consumer Banking Smartcard and One of a Card
picture credit card technology projects for the credit card division. I
collaborated with the project manager on these multimillion dollar projects
which involved coordinating with many departments across the bank.
Developed training and researched systems requirements for these new
products
2000 – 2001 Credit Card Divisional Management Trainee
• Rotated through each department in the credit card division to get a detailed
look at how each area worked and how it fit into the division as a whole. This
program helped to give me a broad understanding of the organization which
helped when I was placed in a department at the completion of the program
• Researched and worked on credit card bank projects such as credit card rate
comparison and business card default rates
• Participated in First National Bank lead managerial and business classes such as
Targeted Selection interviewing, new manager training, business etiquette, and
business writing.

• Trained for the Research and Resolution Services area on Visa/MasterCard
regulations, bank systems, phone, and letter writing skills
