Responsibilities include: Responsible both national and sub national clients and 5
report analysts. Responsible for turnaround times, stats, SLAs, client contact,
reduction of turnaround times, client responses, cross audits, SOPs, tools,
products, reports. Also assumed the Client Service manager responsibilities for all

Senior Account Service Representative
Responsibilities include: Acts as main interface with clients, generating,
correcting and shipping of client reports. Responsible for all service aspects of
client relationships. Represents client needs and requirements to all internal
departments with regards to client deliverables and questions. Training/mentoring
of internal ASR’s and training on application issues with client users; organization
of company wide events; involved in product, call file and alignment maintenance;
able to resolve moderate to complex as well as inconsistencies with multiple IMS
products. Implemented a division wide training program for ASR’s.

data bases and spreadsheets; taught 2nd, 5th, 6th, 7th grade students
