Prerequisite of the course (subject):
1) To create awareness and impart basic knowledge about the energy science and its application in
Engineering.
1) Introduction to energy systems and renewable energy resources, with a scientific examination of the
energy field and an emphasis on alternative energy sources and their technology and application.
Course Outcomes (CO’s): After completing this course, the student will be able to:

CO3: Understand effect of using these sources on the environment and climate
