• Heuristic Matching is used in PrintFleet Optimizer to prevent device duplication, make connections
and identify matches in order to facilitate accurate device collection.
• Introducing Standard Types
• Created to overcome the problem created by a lack of industry standardization for labels or
names of data points such as supply levels and meters
• A hierarchical format that moves from general to specific types to generate an exact
description of what a value represents
