ICT to the society for promoting widespread
adoption of ICT and building the better
climate for ICT industries as well as providing
stimulating law and regulation.

manufacturing and / or R & D facilities.

particularly in the same region.

developing the private telecommunication companies.
• Proposing venture capital for funding the private
telecommunication companies.
• Proposing Strategic alliance to some ICT Vendors.
26. Advance Level
General Direction
The priority shifted again toward building the
better competitive climate for ICT industries,
creating and taking much more advantage
from ICT application. Also provide assistance
to countries at other level.
