Designed and developed Air intake and Exhaust system for on-highway truck cranes.
Designed and developed DEF system along with the modular design for DEF components for ease
of assembly and cost saving.

Calculated pressure losses by hand calculation in diesel engine power plant systems.

exchanger and fittings.
Determined pressure losses in IC engine systems such as compressed air, fuel supply, engine
cooling, exhaust gas system and hydraulic systems.
Optimized IC engine system pipe routings after determination of pressure loss in the system.
Supported component supplier development team for sizing of pumps, selection of heat exchanger,

High temperature and low temperature water cooling system of medium speed engine :

4. IC Engine testing shell layout creation :
Supported to manufacturing and product testing team for construction of engine testing shell.
