Preside technical meeting and workshops
Participate variation meeting and disputes
Review and comment progress report under Architectural items
Inspecting site Mock-up & ensuring that works are executed in accordance with project specification,
approved material & shop drawings
Monitor closely on the quality of completed works for each particular finishing activity and issue
corrective action and NCR if necessary
Interface and coordinate arrangement of MEP fixtures layout against architectural finishes (i.e floor,
wall and ceiling) including FF & E and Medical Equipment layout
Attending factory/plant visit and witnessing material testing in local plant facility
