• Overall Co-Ordination of all Design & Development related activities, pertaining to especially the Pre-Construction stage of any project.
• Support Consultant Strategy and Consultant Appointment Process – including preparation of RFP, Comparative Statements, recommendation
reports etc.
• To monitor and review the work progress of the different consultants (quantitatively and qualitatively)and provide updates on the status and
quality of deliverables, and to escalate to the DD, in case of delays / non-compliance, or, in the event of any perceived ‘risk’ to the Project

• Developing incrementally, a detailed Project Management / Implementation Plan covering all the stages of Project Development, with the key

the same; Sales Numbers / Velocity; Sales Prices; Construction Spend etc.) on a regular basis and preparation of monthly & weekly task

variance in their respective activities / deliverables.

A flag ship project by SPRE which aims at catering the mid & higher segment property seekers. The development is set to bring a luxury &
semi-luxury apartments within a sprawling green community within the heart of the CBD, with all contemporary facilities & amenities.
A mall, exclusive club house & 250 keys hotel also form a portion of the development.
Total P/j land – 53Acres approx.
Proposed development BUA – 216900 sq.m which comprises of resd’ & commercial establishment.

- Master Plan for Al Waab City – project, a flag-ship project in Doha, Qatar – is an integration of a variety of housing types, small & large
