2. This picture was taken in 2008 in Holy Cross School science fair. Five of my group members,
including me did a project on how to produce electricity from solar energy for poor people in
Bangladesh. We learned many important information's from that project while competing with
other schools. My group worked really hard, and as a result our project won the second prize
on that science fair for bringing one of the most effective and brilliant idea to improve the lives
of poor people in Bangladesh.
3. This picture was taken in 2008
when I visited one of the most
beautiful travel places of
Bangladesh which is called
Srimongol. I visited some of the
famous places there and learned
lots of things about the tribal
people there, how they live, their
lifestyle, culture, education system,
and so on. They usually earn by
producing betel leafs and importing
them in each and every corner of
Bangladesh. I got a chance to
know the whole process of
producing to importing betel leafs.
That was one of the memorable
travel experience that I
experienced while getting lots of
knowledge about the tribal people
of Bangladesh.
4. This is a picture of my Cardinal Newman volunteer group meeting taken in 2010. I was one of
the member of this volunteer group when I was in Cardinal Newman School. We usually had a
group meeting twice in a month. Our task was to help elementary school students in their
study. I was responsible to help 3-4 grade 5 students. I enjoyed a lot while working there as a
member, gained self-confidence, and became self-dependent.
5.
This picture was taken in one of
the community events program
called Warden Woods in 2011. I
participated in a cultural
competition arranged by them
and got rewarded for it. I was
invited there as a community
member and provided volunteer
services. This program was a
great opportunity for me to meet
with new people, and increase
my networking connection. I met
with lots of new people there
which has been helping me since
now in many ways.
6. Interacting with a Professor in A Special Event
This picture was taken in Centennial College Ashtonbee Campus in 2011. It was a
potluck party at the end of the semester arranged by EAPP students. All of my
professors were present there, and I got a chance to interact with them closely. It was
a great chance for me to know about my improvement in academic level. Also, I
learned about new opportunities and got some really good suggestions from my
professors regarding my future career path. It helped me a lot that time to choose my
current academic path.
