• On-Site Fitness: We bring the fitness to you! With a variety of on-site classes lasting just 25 minutes, team
members get the cognitive, physical and emotional benefits of exercise. Classes include Yoga, Stretching and
Alignment, High Intensity Quick Fit Sessions and Strength and Conditioning classes.
• Specialty Fitness: Sometimes your team needs a little something extra. Schedule specialty fitness sessions onsite.
Classes include pre-natal fitness, runner’s labs, postural labs, stress reduction and nutrition.
• Individual Nutritional Counseling: Think of is as your friendly nutritionist neighbor. We will stop by and meet with
individual employees for 15-minute intervals to discuss and evaluate nutritional goals and plans.
• Healthy and Delicious Snacks: The placement of healthier snacks can increase consumption by 50% and what you
eat majorly affects how you feel and how you work. AllsWell partners with healthy snack food purveyors to save
