4. Some tips on how to use tech resources to
simplify learning
• We are in the age of smart phone and tablets where learners have more
choice than before over the kind of information you want to consume and
how to consume it.
• A digital era where every answer can be found in google
• Educators are no longer much authoritative of knowledge and stand in
front of the class every day as transmitters of knowledge
• They only facilitate, guide and support your studying and knowing
• And of course there are three steps that will lead to your success:
• Learn/study
• Achieve
• Reward. And of course the kind of reward will depend on your level
achievement

• Leaves: visible, seasonal, don’t last long on branches, if there is drought, They
quickly fall
• Branches and stem: visible, not strong enough ,also do not stand windy weather,
they break quickly and die
• Roots: Invisible, deep rooted down, interwoven and unshakable
• LESSON BEHIND THIS ANALOGY
People who come to your life for certain unknown bad reasons and do not last if
you have problems or limitations(leaves)
People who come to your life for certain reasons and if you do not have what they
want , they leave alone and go
People who keep you strong, hold you when you fall, wipe your tears when you cry,
supporting your ideas, studies, giving you warm love :Parents, Family.Teachers, Dep
of Education and SGB. Most of the time they work together towards your success
Most of the time are not noticeable.

• Michael Jackson says in one of his song called Man in the mirror:
• Look in the mirror and say I want to make change once in my life
• Change your family, change your mind, breakdown the chains of
poverty, change your image, attitude, trend of being a job seeker
• Take a look at yourself and tell that person that you want to make
change once in your life . Avoid leaving a charitable life. To be a
charity case. Depending on social grants
• Its gonna feel good. Take out your mirror and tell that person to
change once in her/his life
