Community Association; a master-planned community and resort encompassing more

and a world-class resort owned and operated by Omni Hotels & Resorts.

standards, trained staff in Association/Management policies and procedures.
· Oversaw Capital improvements, Common properties maintenance and repairs, strategic
planning, negotiating with contractors and vendors. Developed new preventative
