2. What is a warm up?
A warm up is a set of activities that make you:
- Prevent injures.
- Get more oxigen.
- Increase your heart rate .
- Increase your temperature
There are three parts:
- Joint movility
- Activation
- Games
3. 1) Joint movility
• It consists in warm up your joints without move.
• Some examples is moving in circles the ankles, the
necks, the kness, the arms, the hips, the shoulders,etc.
2)Activation
It consist in warm up all parts of you body fastly and
running
There are some examples: skiping, sprint, running
backword, Heidi with arms ,etc.

This exercises consist in warm
up fastly and do this funny

Two peoples are cought by hands, they have to caught
other people and when they are an even number they
divide into two groups

up, say a name, then this person have to take the ball
while the other people run away then he have to say
stop feet and he have to walk 3 steps and throw the ball
