2. DEFINITION OF WARM UP
Warm up is a group of exercises
that people make to prevent
injuries and to make more
eficiency on their bodys.
The good things about the warm up
is that it helps to activate our body
and to prevent injuries.
3.
4. JOINT MOBILITY
The joint mobility is the first part of
the warm up. It’s divided into
many parts. You start in you
uncles and you finish in your
kneck, explained in other
way, down – up. It helps you to
prepare your muscles and joints to
play any sport.
6. ACTIVATION
the second part of the warm up and it’s
Is
about the activation of all the parts of our
body. There are many games to do
activation. One of it could be (this is my own
idea) that a group of 5 people make a circle
and one has to run to catch another one but
always running BEHIND the circle. With this
exercise we make that our body gets
activated.
8. HUMAN BODY SYSTEM
The human body system is a group of organs that
makes a system with different functions. There are
different systems:
-Cardiovascular system
-Digestive system
-Integumentary system
Lymphatic system
-Musculoskeletal system
-Nervous system
Reproductive system
10. HUMAN BODY SYSTEM
Unwittingly, Al the systems of
our body are involved on the
activation of our
body, because, as I mention
before, all of them have
different functions, and all the
functions make the body
works, so we can do exercise.
11. OTHER ACTIVATION GAMES
Example 1: All the class runs to the
wall movin the arms to all sides.
Example 2: Going running to the end
with a hoola – hoop making circles in
the hand.
Example 3: Every person has to get a
partner, so they stickk together back to
back trying to run, if the fall, they lose.

13. ALL IS OVER

OF EFFORT, SO I HOPE THAT YOU SEE HOW MUCH
EFFORT I PUT ON IT.
