Debra Burlington
Debra established Enhance Solutions along with a business partner in
2004. Her vision was to offer a service which addressed complex issues
such as people management, workplace health and safety and learning
and change in a fun and practical manner.A key emphasis is on
partnership 'with' rather than expert 'to'.
Debra has key skills in the creation and implementation of cultural
change which has a strong emphasis on the development of the people
leaders within a business.
She is known as a dynamic workshop facilitator who designs and
facilitates workshops that are practical, fun and highly interactive.
Debra holds a Grad. Dip. in OHS Management, a Grad. Dip. in Business
Management and a Degree in Social Work. She is a certified Master
NLP Practitioner and coach. Debra is a Fellow of the SIA and sits on
the SIA’s Mentoring Program Committee.
