Present.
Manvia is an international company belonging to the Mota-Engil Group with the main focus to maintenance and
conservation projects.

Main Duties:
At Manvia I’m responsible for maintenance management, belonging to Parque Escolar, S.A.
All work orders are carefully planned by me as preventive maintenance action and if necessary intervene in all
corrective needs.
I coordinate specialty teams from different areas such as electricity, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, hydraulic
and security systems, ensuring a prompt answer to needs of each building.
In addition, there is an administrative component. I have to manage all the materials and components needed to carry
out the work on the field.
All purchases are validated by me and billing is always my responsibility as a contract manager. For these actions we
always use SAP software, from which we received specific training.
All maintenance work is registered and validated in an integrated maintenance program of the “Parque Escolar”, called
SIGMO (http://parque-escolar.pt/gestaomanutencao/default.aspx).
It is up to the contract manager to communicate and report all occurrences with the client and ensure the good
relationship to a perfect continuity of the work.

GN Engenharia was born as a Tech company in everything-related to Low Voltage electrical installation projects. GN

Main Duties:
At GN Engenharia I was responsible for the development of the electrical installations department. There was a strong
commercial and budgeting component, allowing the company to gain specialty work market share.
During my time at GN Engenharia, I was responsible for the installation and remodeling of several projects such as in:

Main Duties:
At MPmais.I I was involved in two main projects. They are two large buildings that nowadays are in full operation:

 Continued Care Unit - Ferreira do Alentejo
Here, I coordinated and was responsible for the field teams, working with very demanding client deadlines.
Budgeting and management were also a big part of the position. At the same time, due to my experience in High and
Medium Voltage, I coordinated the refurbishment projects working with EDP (Energies of Portugal).
Project Manager at E.P.M.E. – Empresa Portuguesa de Montagens Elétricas, S.A.– November 2012 to October
2014.
EPME, S.A. is an international High and Medium Voltage energy company of Metalcon Group. The main focus was in
High Line Voltage and Electrical Power Substations.
Main Duties:
At EPME I was responsible for project management in the energy substation department. More specifically,
maintenance and refurbishment of transformation stations and power substations for big clients such as EDP (Energies
of Portugal) and Switzerland giant company ABB (Asea Brown Boveri).
However, the largest and most ambitious work was the construction of a new EDP power substation reporting directly
to ABB.
In addition to team work coordination, there was also an administrative component. I managed all material purchases
and logistic operations to carry out the work on the field.
All the purchases were validated by me and the billing was exposed to the high management. For these actions we
always use SAP software.
