I have unique Project / Programme Manager talents and a proven track record of successfully delivering a
wide variety of projects from Telecomms and IT to Oil and Gas / Energy and Power projects.
I have taken established methodologies such as Prince 2 and enhanced them with my personal effective
techniques to ensure that whatever I undertake is guaranteed success. I am especially adept at quickly
determining project feasibility and establishing the correct level of expectation between the project team
members and the customers /stakeholders. I have an electrical inspection & testing and telecomms network
commissioning background and have led multi-functional teams to achieve complex global projects. Product
development full lifecycle management is also a speciality of mine and I write my own training material and
train / coach / mentor team members where required. I can use any project management tool available and
have trained previous company employees in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

the creator of “The 60 Second Report”, the most effective project management report used in the Oil & Gas
and Telecomms Industries. It captures delays, scope change and cost overruns during implementation, and
prevents disputes at the end of projects. It can be confidently applied in any industry and is massively effective.
I have extensive experience in establishing Programme/Project Management Offices, Change Management,
Product Development Lifecycle,Troubleshooting, Business Analysis, Process Re-Engineering, Team Building,
People Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communication from Board Room to Shop
Floor / Presentation and Training skills. I also have ISO 9001Internal Auditor Certification.

I established the very first Rotating Equipment Project Management office for Ethos Energy on behalf
of SEIC in Sakhalin Island, Russia and trained Russian locals to Project Manage effectively. SEIC
recorded their most successful year’s performance ever as a consequence.
I created Turbine Installation, Commissioning, Control Upgrades, Platform Turnaround and Campaign
Detailed plans forthe key clients above. Tracked and reported them to successful conclusion providing full
client visibility. Wood Group OGIS had their most successful year’s financial performance as a result.
I created a portfolio of programmes in Primavera for all workshop overhaul requirements – the first time
this had ever been done in Wood Group’s history.
I was the contract managerto Turkish operation establishing a one-stop-shop support service encompassing
Commercial and Project Management.
I wrote the Contract Execution Quality Manual, processes and procedures for the end-to-end running of
the business and acted as ISO9001 Internal Auditor.
I designed and tested the Oil, Gas and Industrial Services Sharepoint documentation structure which is
currently used to manage their business.
I created the unique “60 Second Report” providing means to eradicate disputes and delays, saving £600k on one
disputed project alone.
I developed End-of-Project Reports and S Curve workbooks saving companies £hundreds of thousands of pounds
in lost revenue which previously had been unbillable.
MCI Worldcom
I was acknowledged for rescuing a $28m Global Intelligent Network project which had expended $14m
without results, providing the project plan accepted at senior board level (MCI Worldcom, Tyson’s
Corner, Washington) that drove the project to success.
I built an interim project in 6 months that delivered revenue of over $12m p.a. to support the European
Business Market while the above global project could be completed.
I was recognised for building and training the European product development teams to launch the first
Global Intelligent Network with both free phone and shared service product capabilities. This is the
product that global corporations currently use for teleconferencing.

Senior Planner: Ethos Energy Rotating Equipment Team for Sakhalin Island
I set up the PMO with a portfolio of Oil & Gas related projects for SEIC.
I created the rotating equipment plans for production facility turnarounds and campaigns.
I trained the Russian nationals in effective processes, planning, tracking and reporting.

I introduced extensive business change management to dramatically increase efficiency.
I evaluated the training needs, wrote the training courses and trained the staff.
