The app is primarily for booking movie tickets or
booking hotels at the last minute by using manpower

GOAL OF THE COMPANY
The company’s goal is to attract more customers by
booking at last minute and also booking hotels at
different places in India based on their needs and wants
COURSE OF ACTION
• More employees can be employed at different places in
India and the tickets can be booked and given to the
customers in hand
• Have dealings with hotels and theatres all over India
SITUATION ANALYSIS
The app mainly targets tourists, People who travel more
and also customers who watch movies regularly
STRATEGY
NEEDS AND WANTS:
When the customers have to book tickets or
hotels at the last minute, the app provides them comfort
by booking for them at low prices

COLLABORATORS:
Collaborators include various theatres , hotels
which have dealing with the firm

Bookmyshow, trip advisors, holiday planners are
the heavy competitors for the company

First booking on the app for a customer can be made
free to encourage customers to follow and use the app.

Additional features can be seasonal discounts be
provided when a mega hit movie comes or during
vacation times when tourism is most appreciated.

Decreasing the price and also providing speed and
efficient booking will improve the value proposition

Doing service at a faster rate and yet bringing best
customer satisfaction is the agenda of the company

More discounts can be provided initially to attract more
customers and gaining a strong customer base

The customers can pay for the booking via credit cards,
debit cards etc,.
DISTRIBUTION
The tickets will be made available at the customer’s
doorstep at a faster rate

The plan can be implemented by employing a stronger
workforce at different places across the country and
working faster to bring comforts to customers
