MANPOWER
Qualification- Under Graduate, Graduate, Post Graduate
Persons in the above category with Agriculture discipline
will get more weightage as per a pre-determined formula.
Languages- English, Hindi, Marathi and any other Indian
language – higher marks would be given to those who
have maximum percentage of deployment in all three
languages. Extra marks for persons knowing more than
three languages mentioned above
Bidder to provide Training schedule for each area
Local candidates from local college and institutes will be hired for this
event.
Preferably if the manpower is local, they will be having good knowledge in
local language as well as marathi as well as hindi.
As we are hiring students from engineering colleges and agriculture
college, they must be good in English too.

Krishi Vidyapeeth Nagpur
• And LTJSS Group Engineering College Nagpur
• Out 250 Students 100 are undergraduate and others are in Post
Graduate Courses.
• Approx 70% has Marathi as mother tongue while other has been in
Maharashtra since last 1 year or more.

The S.O.B. treats the conference badge like a highway
sign, complete with a typeface modeled from U.S. highway
signs: Interstate.
•Note: Contrary to popular belief, the actual typeface used on
U.S. highway signs is FHWA Highway Gothic
Highway signs are designed to be read from as far away as possible and always
present the most important information biggest and boldest. The S.O.B. allows you
not only to minimize the awkward glances down while you’re talking to someone
whose name you don’t remember, but also makes spotting people across the room

We will hire stationery vendor from Nagpur to set up temporary stall in venue and

The Kiosk will be manned by volunteers and min 1 team member from
our company at each location will have complete details program
schedule, Hotel list along with advance allocation, list of vehicle and all
information will be connected to online server at the venue business
center.
Kiosk will banner and welcome boards along with paging boards.
Plan for managing accommodation –
We will have inventory management software with trained manpower and
technical team for back up support for effective management of inventory of
Rooms, Vehicles and manpower.

Plan and set up stationery shop We will hire stationery vendor from Nagpur to set up temporary stall in venue and have the material as mentioned in the list, he will be under contract to sell the items at MRP or lower only.
