Pavel completed an internship for CognitiveTPG over the summer of 2016. The skills exercised
during this internship were heavy in new technologies evaluation, market analysis and sizing,
competitor landscape, competitive advantage, and evaluation of USA market and foreign market
adoption of the new Docushield technology. Cognitive TPG is currently at the middle phase of
rolling out a new technology to replace existing technology. Pavel was very helpful in utilizing
his full skills to evaluate markets, competitors, likely customer targets, and was able to do this in
a very organized manner with presentations which were concise and well thought out.
Pavel’s work over the Summer of 2016 was well documented and has become a component in
the senior management’s road map in organizing strategic and tactical plans in bringing a new
technology to the market. I would recommend Pavel for a higher level business management
position which requires a robust and diverse skill set necessary to properly evaluate markets and
technology adoption.
