To compete in today’s fast-moving marketplace, companies need to be able to execute strategy faster,
flexible and adaptable, Companies need to respond quickly to short-term urgencies, while also
anticipating and accommodating long-term trends.
To this end we are launching a worldwide collaborative market research on new work models at the
horizon 2020 and how it will interact on:
work places changes
managing mutations
training
internal / external communication evolution,
trends on culture and value policies
development components of the change processes.
With this survey we aim at helping companies
Focus on what will be the main trends of mutation
Forecast precisely the change they will have to endeavor if not anticipated
manage specific journeys of change while simultaneously help them build the ongoing ability to
manage continuous change, knowing that progress will now be measured based on the business
results achieved.
