My main responsibilities as real estate manager at CBRE include managing and maintaining a

I supervise maintenance and cleaning crews on a daily basis and prepare the yearly budget, capital
budget and operating expense billing. I compile accounting reports, solicit and negotiate vendor bids
and manage tenant lease contracts. Additionally, I have managed and supervised construction projects
and have daily positive interaction with tenants, visitors and staff, including coordinating tenant
relation events.
My main duties at Westport One-MRI (Management Recruiters International) included recruiting some
of the country’s largest general and specialty contractors. I partnered with hiring managers and senior
level management to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy and facilitate all aspects of the
hiring process.
I have prepared yearly budgets, capital budgets, expense reports and PowerPoint presentations for
Board of Directors and sales meetings. I also have managed special events, off-site meetings, travel
arrangements and fundraisers. Because of my extensive background in management, I have the
