• Responsible for maintaining of the 329lt insuring all actuator valve are mechanical and electrical null, load cells and
actuator lvdts calibrations are with in ISO and in house specifications
• Responsible for rig configuration on 329LT, and the tuning of inner and outer loops.
• Trouble shoot problems associated with test developments such as, 498 mapping, transducers and signal conditioners
polarity and calibration issues
• Ensure quality records are accurately kept and maintained per ISO and QS 9000 standards.
• Proficient with various advanced RPC III methods including: matrix manipulation and non-square

• Perform vehicle preparation and setup of durability test on 329LT road simulators.
• Install and calibrate a variety of transducers and signal conditioner to be used in the RPC development process such as
wheel force transducer, string pots, RVDT,LVDT, strain gages, accelerometer and a host of other device
• Proficient in the operation of various road simulators such as 329LT,329PC, mast tables and 4-post simulators.
