WORK EXPERIENCE:

OFA Level 3
Duties: Provided advanced first aid in BC for: Facility construction, Road repairs and wild fire
management branch. Maintained crew manifests, crew check in check out and operation
location. Delegated manifests with helicopter piolets to Heli-access sites. Maintained radio
controlled check in’s with crews and control centers. Completed personal manifests, invoices,
daily time reports, incident action plans, job site hazard assessments, PTI’s emergency response
plans and alternative hazard recognition and prevention. Main dutie: To provide First Aid and
rapid transport to next level of care.

Duties: Supervising up to six General Equipment Technicians.
