2. RELEASE DATE
It would be released in October, due to it being close to Halloween so
during a half term break people would have time to come and watch the
film.
3. CAST
Froy Gutierrez – Kevin, main Character, known for playing Noah in
Teen Wolf.
Willem Dafoe - Dave, father of Kevin
Known for playing as Green Goblin in
Spider-Man 2002.
Andrew Matarazzo - James, Kevin's best friend who is
always there when Kevin needs to talk.
4. WHY I CHOSE THIS CAST
I picked Froy to be my leading character due to him being more
unknown in the film and TV world, so he would bring a new face to the
scene. Froy played his role as Noah in Teen Wolf very well and can play
a character who is at his breaking point.
Alongside Andrew
I’d use Willem along side Froy as the main character sell point to the
Film as Willem is more known in the film and TV role for playing
characters such as Green Goblin in the 2002 film Spider-Man. He also
played the Fish with a Scar
In Finding Nemo, Sgt. Elias in 1986 Platoon and Jopling in The Grand
Budapest Hotel, so Willem will draw in a large audience and knows how
to play a serious role.
5. PART OF THE STORY: BEGINNING
The opening of the film opens up with a flash back of young Kevin
(around 8 or 9 Years old) in a room looking out of a Therapists door
whilst he tells Kevin’s mum that he has the traits of a Serial Killer and
then fades out and introduces present Kevin hanging out at his friend
Jame’s house talking on how things are going for Kevin (But not going
into specifics as some of Kevin’s character shall be explained through
flash backs)
Flash forward about a week, and as Kevin’s about to finish College, he
gets bullied by a guy in his class but just as things were about to turn
psychical they soon to be fight is interrupted by an announcement over
the speakers saying that students must go straight home as there has
been an incident in town and the police require everyone to be home.
On his walk home he finds the crime scene of the Murder and see’s the
body being moved into a van that will be going to the morgue so he head
over to the morgue to offer his help.
6. PART OF THE STORY: MIDDLE
About 2 Weeks have gone by since the first murder and the killer struck
again last week, and even with all of Kevin’s efforts in trying to find out
the killers next move so he can outsmart then catch him/her, he still
hasn’t made much progress.
Due to Kevin’s efforts trying to figure out the killers next move, he has to
think like the killer and because of this, he’s finding it harder and harder
to stick to his rules and is slowly loosing it, he starts having flash backs
of when he was younger, getting used to his new rules and how to be
normal. He then goes and visit the prison where his father (Willem
Dafoe) to get his help in finding out how to stop the killer, but soon finds
out that it isn’t going to be as easy as he thought to get his dad to
cooperate. Yet Kevin still keeps trying to get his dad to help.
7. PART OF THE STORY: END
Not long after visiting his father, it’s safe to say Kevin is on the brink of breaking
feeling like he is getting close to finding out who the killer is, Kevin notices
someone has been following him and tracks down the person down. Then in a
moment of luck, the killer trips and Kevin finally manages to capture the killer
and takes them to an abandoned building that in Kevin’s day dreams, knew that
it would be a good place to commit the perfect murder to get away with. So
Kevin ends up with a the battle of his life, either give into his urges and become
the killer he has tried to hard to keep down, or bring the killer and let the police
deal with him. To decide if he was going to kill the person or not, Kevin removes
the duck tape from the killers mouth and asks them one question…”Why”
The killer begins pleading with Kevin to let him go and that he’s not the killer,
but he know’s who is...”You” the so called killer says “You’re the killer”
Kevin couldn’t believe the words that was told to him and whilst trying to deny
that he is the killer, the innocent man then goes on to explain that he saw Kevin
kill the victim. Then Kevin has the biggest flash back he has ever had.
The reason why he was feeling like to was loosing it, feeling tired all the time,
found out that the killer will strike again. He is the killer, he has been sleep
walking when he’s gone to bed or thought his loss of time was due to lack of
sleep.
All the stress of trying to be normal and resist his urges to become a killer, still
made him a killer.
8. TRAILER
The scenes my trailer will be are the basic personality of the main
character Kevin, on the moment he got diagnosed with his Serial Killer
traits. It would quickly pan into a voice over of Kevin describing the rules
he has set in order for him not to become a killer. But the trailer will
quickly take a dramatic turn with a murder have taken place in the small
town Kevin lives in. It then goes onto him figuring out that the killer will
strike again. It carries on with this intense flow and shows Kevin battling
with sticking to his rules and trying to catch the killer.
Background music will be a slow intense paced song that draws in the
audience and then quickly intensifies.
Cinematography, cinematic shots that slowly pans into the main part of
the scene, for the introduction of the characters the camera will pan
onto their face to show the emotions of the characters.

15. STORYBOARD
For the opening scene, it will have the dialog over with some slow
paced music to show the intensity of the scene. The shots will be slow
paced flowing into the psychologist room before ending with a close up
of young Kevin that fades into present Kevin’s face to show they’re the
same person.
For the rest of the scenes they will also be slow paced as they’re the
most intense scenes emotionally for the character.
16. HOW I’D MARKET THE
FILM
• The first way I’d market the film is by Social media, I’d have the word spread of the
film that is being worked on, along with a teaser poster to get people interested.
• Next of I’d release a teaser trailer across social media platforms along with teaser
posters.
• When the full trailer is about to be released I’d have the cast doing interviews so they
can answer more questions on what the film is about.
