7. PE FILM High Performance Container Liners
• HIGHER THICKNESS: BULK-FLOW standard Film thicknessis 140
microns.Due to the high tolerancesin films, 120 microns PE films
pose the risk of weak spots beyond acceptablefilm strength
tolerances.
• NO EXTERNAL WELDED SEAMS: BULK-FLOW PE film Body Liner
tube is made longer so it can be folded at the end and avoid any
type of long external welded seams that are the weak point of the
Liner. The only welded seam is a single point where all the folded
tabsmeet and it is inside of the Liner.
• OPTION TO USE 4 OR 5 STEEL BARS: Due to the strength of
proprietary clips attached to the liner’s floor end, each liner comes
with the possibility of using a rope or a steel bar on the front floor
end. Potential saving of 1 steel bar.
• HEAVY DUTY BULKHEAD: Unique design that uses a longer tube to
be folded on the ends and avoid long welded seams. The outer
Woven Bulkhead is also made of folded Woven HDPE with a total
