completing all necessary Optical Scanning of all Patients before seeing the Doctor. Ensuring all
Ocular Instruments are properly “bushed” in Sterilize Solution and Auto-Clave before and in-
between Ocular Procedures/Surgeries.

 Responsible for Preliminary Work-Up(confirming Demographic of Patients, documented Health
History, present Ocular Complaints, Medications, Mandatory Visual Acuity, Ocular
