Complete sitesurveys,installed cat 5e cable, rack stacked cisco routers and switches and install
VOIP for State Farm UC connect upgrade project.
Installed Cisco router, Star 2 star router, cisco VOIP equipment, and DSL or Cable modems for
Dollar General upgrade project
Installed networking equipment enclosure for Family Dollar. Configuring the Star 2 Star
equipment and installing cat5e wiring for 2 W AP's. Testing and troubleshooting.
Troubleshot,repaired and developed during and after the Dollar General project. Most problems
centered on improper configuration of either the Star 2 Star or Cisco routers.
Rue21 upgrade project Ran cat5e cable to POS locations. Terminated cash wrap patch panel.
Assembled equipment cabinet. Racked Cisco Switch. Punched down patch panel. Installed
Cradlepoint cellular backup. Tested with me21 project coordinator. Managed basic and detailed
banking transactions.
 Troubleshot POS installs for Dollar General, Family Dollar, Rue 21 and Jared
