• As Network Manager at American Tissue Corporation, recreated a new WAN & LAN
structure within 15 months reducing the overall lag in how data was reacted to by
40%, also making sure that an AS400 was placed in three regions and all divisions
within that region had accessed that particular unit.
• As Helpdesk Manager of Brooks Brothers, Project managed the role out of
wireless handheld Symbol equipment to over 100 stores without impacting overall
sales and making the transition seamless. Saving over $40,000.00 by implementing
the role out through the helpdesk.
