Excise Operations
 Ensuring preparation of CENVAT returns to Excise Dept., conducting Excise Audits, preparing &
submitting monthly ER-1 Returns to Excise Dept. and reviewing the Excise Documents on monthly
basis
 Maintaining Excise Related Records i.e. RG-23A Part-II, RG-1, 57F4 Stock Registers, etc. and
ensuring preparation of MIS Report as required by Excise Officials
Supply Chain Management
 Managing supply chain with a team of 5 personnel for distributing goods warehouse to the
manufacturing unit for achievement of targets within specified parameters
 Maintaining a strong communication chain between the different divisions in order to receive inquiries
about status of materials, requisition, dispatch information and delivery status

WORK PROFILE
EXCISE & Service Tax
 Liaison with central excise authorities for obtaining various approvals, and
submission of relevant returns required as per rules - .
 Overall Responsibility of Taxation
 Supervise day to day working of excise documentation as per Central Excise
Law.
 Prepare and finalize the ER-1 ,ER-4,ER-5, ER-6, & ER-7 Returns.
 Maintain RG 1, RG23A Part I & II PLA.
 To file the declaration as required by excise Law.
 Maintaining the all records for Job work under CENVAT Credit Rules 4(5) and
Annexure 4 & 5.
 Maintain the all records as per store procedure like, daily receipt register,
preparation store received voucher, stock register, reconciliation of raw
material CENVAT Credit & Service Tax on Input services credit to take credit
and utilization and claim refund Submission of All returns as per central Rule
12, 2002 and rule 9(7) of CENVAT credit Rule,2004.
 Service tax returns under section 70 of the finance act 1994, on monthly and
half yearly basis and follow adjustment and utilization of Input Tax Credit.
 All type of Service Tax Record Calculation of Service Tax and filling of return
Sales Tax :
 Preparation of sale tax case Assessment & present before sale tax authority.
 Preparation of sale tax return
 Liaison with sale tax department & issuance of relevant Form.
