Projects:
• Shipment planning based on the customer need and order.
• Cascading of shipment planning to all plant, CHA and Shipping Liner for

European Union countries, 3.5% of FOB value for importing country.
• Successful implementation of FMS/FPS scheme for Renault Exports to
African Countries and country belong to FMS/FPS scheme applicable.
• Successful in negotiation of Ocean Freight with Shipping Liner for new
country export.

2. • Successful in conducting trails for optimization of loading of cars inside
trucks/Trailers – which led to reduction of road transport freight cost per
car.
• Negotiating with CFS for the reduction of Storage cost for container
exports.
• Detention charge was reduced drastically after negotiation with Shipping
Liner.
