1. The Troy Carter Award recipient for October
2005, is Oneil Williams, Sales Consultant in the
MACC Division. Oneil has been a shining star here
at Hancock since he joined our team on April 30,
2001. He has the gift of communication that al-
lows him to succeed at his job, cultivate a “team”
environment, gain the trust of clients and even
turn words into art.
Oneil says, "It's really quite a privilege to be se-
lected as Employee of the Month. The Troy
Carter Award is a testament to Hancock's com-
mitment to both people and performance. Work-
ing with people who value community, integrity
and win-win outcomes inspires me to always go above and be-
yond the company's and clients' expectations. This is what
being part of a winning team is all about."
Oneil works on the Fincentric programs and he serves as Pro-
ject Champion on the Sun Contact Me program. In addition to
providing our clients with qualified business op-
portunities, Oneil also offers them insightful feed-
back and business intelligence based on his tele-
phone interactions with their customers—he be-
comes the “voice of the customer” for our cli-
ents. This is truly valuable to clients such as Fin-
centric and Sun as it allows them to make neces-
sary adjustments to their marketing campaigns to
ensure success and improve their return on in-
vestment. “SWOOSH!” His ability to communi-
cate in this manner with our clients helps Han-
cock build solid, long-term partnerships with
them.
Oneil’s gift of communication extends far beyond
the walls at Hancock as revealed in his book, The Kaleidoscope
of Color! If you have time, visit his web site – www.k-
color.com – it’s an experience!
Congratulations, Oneil! We are very fortunate to have you on
our team and wish you continued success! „„
