This is the executive summary of the consultancy services of THE WHEEL provided for perspective clientele 
about the overall strategic operations which includes the mission statement, SWOT analysis providing the client

Human Capital. (2014)]. EMG (Entertainment Management Group) has been a respected leader in the field of 
entertainment management for decades. NOTE: Investopedia.com provides a definition for an operations 
manager – refers to the operations of business practices to create the highest level of efficient possible within 
an organization (Investopedia.com 2014). 
Of recent famous rappers like Jay Z have been capitalizing on their familiar names by 
partnering with companies for immediate recognition. And of recent the Daily News publish an article which 
could be easily perceive that with the lost of John Meneilly who has been the orchestrator of most every iconic 
deal associated with the rap superstar leaving the famous rappers team credibility goes out the door as well 
(Garvey. Niemietz. Coleman. 2014). THE WHEEL published in an article (THE WHEEL SPEAKS ON 2013) 
specifically addressing the trend of celebrities representation.
