The set up is easy. Users will need to connect to their own O365 account in their profile settings.
Once connected, you can start collaborating on Microsoft Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files in either the Agenda section or Resources section of OnBoard.
If you're in the Agenda section, you can choose to edit a file by clicking on the edit icon to get started with the online O365 editor.
Once opened, you'll see the option to click on the edit in Word Online
This should be a familiar view if you already use Microsoft O365. Here, you'll be able to see who else is working in the file and make edits and save your file directly within OnBoard.
If you are in the Resources section, it is the same workflow. Simply click the edit button, then select Edit in Word Online.
Next, you'll click to Open in Microsoft O365 Word Online
And it will open the file and you can begin editing.
Another great feature is that you can see the latest version properties right within OnBoard. That way you can keep track of the date and user who made the latest changes.
