Group.

company for direct marketing projects, experiental trainings for professionals, Business

During his time at DSM, Okan Tansu was responsible for determining all the internal and
external communication processes of our company, identifying all the problems of
Communication Processes at external and internal levels. During his work, he joined our
company to spend time with our workers. He made dept Interviews with them, learned in
detailed their job descriptions and the job they were doing pratically. At the end this very
first phase, he delivered our company a detailed report with all the diagnosis of the
communication and even organigramme problems at our institution. He also delivered us his
recommendations to solve the existent problems by a presentation. At the end of his
services, we had the big opportunity to heal our Communication Problems at our company in
a term of 6 months. This success is due to his detailed, sensitive and scrupulous effort .
To sum up, during our cooperation Okan Tansu fulfilled his service responsibilities with
excellence. His position required interaction with the workers, as well as the ability to liaise
between different departments. Success was dependant on strong communication and
interpersonal skills. With the service he delievered, we confirm his success at these points.
