During his time at DSM, Okan Tansu was responsible for determining all the internal and

Communication Processes at external and internal levels. During his work, he joined our
company to spend time with our workers. He made dept Interviews with them, learned in
detailed their job descriptions and the job they were doing pratically. At the end this very
first phase, he delivered our company a detailed report with all the diagnosis of the
