Yasemin is a long term intern here in The Coca-Cola Company, Turkey since January 2014, supporting
me for Coca-Cola licensing projects.
Yasemin has a high contribution to continuing Coca-Cola’s licensing projects and building long term
plans. She has made research & analysis licensing sector in general and compared licensing examples
in Turkey vs. other countries. Yasemin also lead the daily communication with our main licensees and
provided them all the requested help. She fully supported me for new sales points of Coke store and
on-going activations.
Besides licensing, Yasemin also gave support to rest of Coca-Cola brand team when needed and
supported us during long term business plan & strategy building process. She analysed consumer &
market research data and came up with findings & recommendations.
Yasemin has been a very valuable source for our company. Her commitment, speed to action, and
communication skills were the key drivers of her success. She was always very mature, knew how to
build strong relationships with other colleagues and stakeholders. She has analytical thinking and can
bring practical & creative solutions to problems. She is committed to what she is doing and tries to
do her best. She is very good at follow ups and can organize herself & her duties to deliver everything
on time in full.
Yasemin quickly adapted to our company and handled all the challenges she faced with since we are
a large organization and there are many people & procedures to get used to.
