9. APSOHA (ASSOCIATION POUR LA PROMOTION DE LA
SCIENCE OUVERTE EN HAÏTI ET EN AFRIQUE)
Precisely titled “The open science as a tool of cognitive
justice and development of the capacity to act in Haiti
and francophone Africa”
The project aims to explore the potential of open science
to institute more cognitive justice in francophone south
countries (Haiti and sub-saharan Africa)

18 countries from francophone Africa
A very large and active community on Facebook
Clubs created in Haiti, Benin, Ivory-Coast, Niger
12. DICAMES
Institutional archive of the CAMES (https://savoirs.cames.online)
A platform that permit conservation and diffusion of all scientific production
of francophone Africans countries
The platform is open and free to access
The platform is collaborative; every one can contribute
DICAMES gives the opportunity to researchers and teachers to share their
work
Improve the accessibility of scientific productions, allowing their indexation
par search engines as Google Scholar

14. OPEN AFRICAN REPOSITORY (OAR)
The OAR is an open source platform that aim to complete the
DICAMES platform (https://github.com/JustinyAhin/open-african-
repository)
The goal is to create an “African Zenodo”, by referencing and
recording the publications downloads and their consultations
The OAR project was initiated with the Mozilla Open Leaders
Initiative in December 2017
The project is collaborative and currently looking for contributors
on GitHub
