2. THE FIRST MEETING – ROMANIA
 In our application form we have the date set for the first
meeting in Romania in November 2020
 But you know – at first: our project was on the reserve
list and we received contract and money in October
2020
 At the moment /because of the situation caused by
Corona virus/ it is not possible to have a real project
meeting, but we can do some activities
 according to the instructions of the Slovak national
agency we can have combined project meetings /for
virtual meetings it is possible to spend 15 % of the
money for individual support LTTA/; and later /next year/
we can have real meeting /for example with the duration
of the meeting of not 5 but only 4 workdays; or take to
Romania not 5 but 4 students/

3. WHAT WE HAVE ALREADY DONE
 We created Whatsapp Group
 Slovak and Turkish agencies for E-twinning
approved our E-twinning project Digital Dictionaries
and mobile apps /DigDic and MobApps/
 Nurdan and me are founders
 Adela and Graziella are members/administrators of
this project in E-twinning,

4. ACTIVITIES IN SLOVAKIA
 This week we had virtual meeting with students and
deputy heads and informed them about our
common project
 8 of our teachers and 1 deputy head had virtual
training with Slovak ambassador for E-twinning
Kornelia Lohyňová with the title How to use
various tools and applications in teaching
English and how to create them /She showed us
Learning Apps, Quizlet app, Genial apps, Qiizizz,
Socrative app, Symbaloo, Kahoot.../

5. OUR TASKS FOR THE NEAREST WEEKS WHAT
WE NEED TO DO
I was studying our application in detail in order to prepare
a plan of our tasks /activities/. The tasks are:
 to prepare Erasmus+ corner at schools
 at the moment it is not possible to organize the real
project meeting in Romania because of Corona virus,
but each country will prepare 4 presentations that were
planned in our application form for LTTA in Romania and
upload them to E-twinning space:
 presentation of the country, presentation of the
town/region, presentation about your school,
presentation of the education system in your country
 Erasmus+ team selection in each country - you probably
already have made it

6. THE SECOND VIRTUAL COORDINATORS MEETING;
VIRTUAL MEETING OF THE STUDENTS
 at the end of January we can meet again
and coordinators will inform about done
activities
 at the beginning of February – Romania
will prepare virtual project meeting /from
each country about 4 students and 1 or 2
teachers/; we can meet by Google meet again or send us
please a link for Skype meeting to join like a guest
 students will make presentations about
countries, schools, towns and educational
systems in their countries

7. DURATION OF PRESENTATIONS UPDATE
 Important notice! I decided to set the time for each
presentation at 5 minutes, because as there are 5
contries and each country does 4 presentations, if
we would do 10 minutes each presentation, it would
take too much time and it would be very difficult to
manage it all online with all the students etc

8. NEXT TASKS, E-TWINNING AND VIRTUAL
MEETING
 to inform your students, teachers and the
environment about the project in different
ways /school webpage, regional
newspapers, webpage of your regional
government.../
 to invite at least 4 students (or more when
more are interested) to Twinning space
 after preparing of the presentations your
students have to insert them to the Twinning
space
 this task is necessary to be finished until the
end of January 8

9. FREE APPS TOOLS;
MIT APP INVENTOR – TASKS TO BE DONE IN NATIONAL
LEVEL /UNTIL THE END OF MARCH 2021/
 next tasks are: to inform/train your teachers/students
about apps/tools that are free of charge and you can
use them for learning foreign languages /for example
Learning Apps, Quizlet app, Genial apps, Qiizizz,
Socrative app, Symbaloo, Kahoot.../
 to use 2 apps for learning /your choice/
 to create similar new apps by using these tools
 IT teacher or IT trainer will train about 2-5 students with
M.I.T. APP INVENTOR
 these students can create easy mobile apps /for
example:
 countries and capitals in the European union
 traditional food in Europe ..../
 these works we will present during our real project
meeting and we will prepare them in advance at national
level

10. OUR NEXT TASKS UNTIL FEBRUARY – TO DO
LIST
 to create Whatsapp group – done
 to create E-twinning project – is approved –
Slovakia and Turkey are founders - done
 web project – Slovakia will create it
 fb group – Slovakia will create one FB group for the
whole project
 Logo – each country does an internal contest and
will then present the winning logo to all the other
project partners
