2. Evaluation of the first year -
communication
• The partners communicated last year by video
conferences via Skype, by e-mail, by mobile
phone, by Facebook chat and face to face during
project meetings
• We had many Skype conferences /in January,
February, March, April, September/ to discuss
news and to solve urgent problems
• We prepared contact list with addresses and
mobile numbers

3. The first transnational project
meeting in Istanbul
• Was held in December 2014
• Each country prepared for this meeting presentation about country,
city, school, education school system and career opportunities in
each country
• We filled also questionary about Turkish country
• The tasks from meeting were:
▫ To prepare Erasmus+ corner and tests for students
▫ to join students on facebook to the common group „Career
planning for teenagers“ and insert there all presentations
▫ To send contract to the partners and sign it
▫ To meet soon on skype

4. Video conferences
• After the first project meeting we solved by video
conferences problems about agreement, money,
accomodation of the students /in host families
or in hotel/, about program and costs of the
exchange visits in Romania and meeting in
Portugal/

5. Video conferences
• During the video conferences we decided to
divide the students into few international
groups, to record job interviews with students, to
organize lectures with specialists
• We were talking about tests for students – Initial
tests, Holland-Code Career tests, test for the
level of English and about the meeting in
Romania

6. Visiting of „Job Expo“ by Slovak
students
• Before the meeting in Romania Slovak students
visited Fair of Jobs – „Job Expo“ in Bratislava,
where the biggest number of employers were
concentrated in one place
• There were plenty of presentations, workshops
and trainings with interesting people
• Many experts adviced to Slovak students how to
apply for a job and create CV and also how to be
successful in interviews

7. Student´s Exchanges
• Visiting in Romania – Bacau – from 9/March/2015 till
14/March 2015. In this meeting there participated 8
students from Romania, 8 students from Portugal, 8
students from Turkey and 16 students from Slovakia
• Mariana created organising team with volunteers and
she invited for lectures specialist for topics related to
career planning – Ms Madalina Manolache
• The students presented their schools, towns and
countries

8. Student Exchanges
• The students were devided into 8 international teams
according to results of the Holland tests which were
done by students before meeting
• Each team was presented by 5 international students
• Each participant received the booklets: Interview
guide, Entreprenurship education for young
people and Promo Kit
• The students visited the most important and interesting
sights in the city and around

9. Bacau - activities
• Students could listen to important information
about structure of CV, how to fill it in,
preparation for job interview and how to behave
during the interview to be successful, lecture
about working conditions in an European Union

• Each student practiced interview simulation
• After finishing of interview we were evaluated
the most successful students of each team
• All students of job interview exercises were
recorded
• Each country involved the students with fewer
opportunities /special education needs/

11. The Slovak students companies
• Slovak students presented their students
companies WOODOO, HAUT and 3ART. They
talked about their own business, how to create
business plan, about their activities connected
with subject Applied Economy
• Slovak students were speaking about their
experiences and about important question „how
to run business“, people managment and
motivation of people and of course about
advertisements and benefits of business

12. Bacau activities and impact
• At the end each team created the poster about tourist
sights
• They had to promote some tourist sights; each team
played some roll and presented it to audience
• The meeting had successful impact for improoving
and developing of student´s communication,
entrepreneurship and carrer planning skills

13. Bacau –meeting´s impact
• In this meeting were created not only formal
relations but also informal long-term friendships
• Partners and students communicate by e-mail
very often and we set up career planning groups
on facebook

• All partners have disseminated results of our project and informed

16. The second transnational meeting in
Portugal
• It was held from 18/April until 23/April in Santarem
• We were talking about feedback Romania mobility –
about criteria of choice of the students for exchange
mobilities, logo of the project, webpage – design of
web, content, folders and template of it
• We were discussing about next meeting in Slovakia
/term of the visit in October, if the same or different
students will be taken by our partners to the meeting in
Bratislava in April and about program/
• At the end we filled the survey

• Intellectual outputs – Good practices for employment in
Europe
▫ Slovak team will prepare booklet Employment of foreigners in
Slovakia - instructions for use
In Slovakia are working many young people from different
countries of Europe, because there is a seat of many
international companies – Eva Kacmarikova will inform you later
▫ Portugal partner is coordinator for intellectual outputs – you can
organize research and instructions connected with employment
of young people for example in Germany and England where
many young people want to find a job /our suggestion/

18. Tasks for the second year - Exchange
visit in Bratislava in April 2016
• For the second exchange visit /for 16 students from
Romania, 8 students from Turkey, 8 students from
Portugal and 8 students from Slovakia/in April 2016 in
Bratislava we will organize excursion in Volkswagen

• In cooperation with NGO Junior Achievement we can
prepare lectures and booklet How to be succesfull in the
labour market

• The simulation of job interviews in Bratislava we
can realize in a similar way as in Romania
• Next point of program will be - Slovak student´s
