Project Details
In this Project, I’m trying to develop basis network system and
give high security and use some modern devices.
Device:Computer, Printer, Switch, Router, Wire Cable, Some
digital devices like smart door lock,smart light etc . I’m using
some sensor like motion sensor, smoke detector,siren,fire
monitor etc. I also use a CCTV camera for security .
Device Works and Price (each device):Every device works for
every work. I’m describing each device part by part here.
Computer: I’m using a computer in informationzone , server
room ,training room, manager room, all the rooms for
communicatingeach room to another room . Every Computer
connected to a server. If anyone wants to give mail or transfer
files that person can transfer files or mail one computer to
another computer. This project, I’m using two types of
computer desktop computer and Laptop computer. Computer
Specificationis 21 inches monitor -10000tk, Power Supply700v-
1200tk, casing-2500tk, ram: DDR4 8 GB-3500tk, SSD 500 GB-
7000tk, Power cable-80tk. Other cable-100tk, Processor: core
i9- Intel Core i9-9900K 9th generation Processor- 50450tk.
Motherboard:GIGABYTE X299 UD4-40000tk. Full Computer Set
price= 114830tk.
Switch: A network switch (also called switching hub, bridging
hub, and is networking hardware that connects devices on a
computer network by using packet switching to receive and
forward data to the destinationdevice. In this project I’m using
Cisco SF300-24PP-K9 24-Port POE ManagedNetwork Switch.
Price 12800tk per piece.
Router: A router is a networking device that forwards data
packets between computer networks. Routers perform the traffic
directing functions on the Internet. Then, using information in
its routing table or routing policy, it directs the packet to the
next network on its journey. In this project work, I’m using Asus
ROG Rapture GT-AC5300 router- 29325tk.
Motion Detector: A motion detector is an electrical device that
utilizes a sensor to detect nearby motion. Such a device is often
integrated as a component of a system that automatically
performs a task or alerts a user of motion in an area. In this
project, I’m using Square Wall Recessed PIR Motion Detector-
500tk.
CCTV Camera: This camera only for monitoring. It givehigh
security. In this project, I’m using Dahua HAC-HFW1400D
4MP HDCVI IR Bullet Camera-3500tk.
Server: Network Server is a computer in Network that is
designated to provide one or more network service. For example
file server, database server etc. In this project, I’m using Dell
EMC PowerEdge R740 2U Rack Server- 620000tk and use
some ftp Dell EMC PowerEdge T140 Intel Xeon E-2134 16GB
Tower Server-135000tk.
AC: An air conditioner is a system or a machine that treats air in
a defined, usually enclosed area via a refrigeration cycle in
which warm air is removed and replaced with cooler air. In
construction, a complete system of heating, ventilation, and air
conditioning is referred to as HVAC. In this project, I’m using
Walton WSN-RIVERINE-24B Split AC - 1.5 Ton-56900tk.
Smart Light: In this project, I’m using Smart LED Light-
Sonoff B1 Dimmable E27 LED Lamp RGB Color Light Bulb
for Smart room. Every room has one smart light. Price- 1100tk.
Smart Door Lock: A smart lock is arguably the most important
part of a truly smart, connected home. Not only will it allow you
to come and go as you please, it will also monitor who is
entering and leaving your home while you're away. Some
models simply let you use your phone to open and close doors.
Price-17500tk.
Full View of Project:
This is the full view of my project. Project name is Basis
Networks Design. In this project, I’m design 3 floor building
networks design. Now I’m describe about floor wise design-
Ground Floor:Thisfloor is use for car parking and transport car
store.There have security door,CCTVcamera, smoke Detector
and Smart LED light.
First Floor: This floor have one waiting room, one information
room and,2 training room and a server room. Every room have
AC, Security Door, CCTV camera, Smock Detector .
Training room: have 5 Desktop Computer, one printer. All are
connected to 1 switch.
Server Room: In server room there are 5 servers,1 switch,1
webcam and a pc.
Information zone:In information zone there are 3 pc ,1
webcam,1 AC and a printer.
Second Floor: This floor have manager room and 6 others room
Every room have AC, Security Door, CCTV camera, Smock
Detector.
Manager Room: This room have a computer and laptop. This are
connecter to the server by using cable, wire and switch. All
room are connected to Smart device.
Room 1: This room have a computer and switch ,AC etc. This
are connecter to the server by using cable, wire and switch. All
room are connected to Smart device.
Room 2: This room have a computer and switch ,AC etc. This
are connecter to the server by using cable, wire and switch. All
room are connected to Smart device
Room 3: This room have a computer and switch ,AC etc. This
are connecter to the server by using cable, wire and switch. All
room are connected to Smart device
Room 4: This room have a computer and switch ,AC etc. This
are connecter to the server by using cable, wire and switch. All
room are connected to Smart device
Room 5: This room have a computer and switch ,AC etc. This
are connecter to the server by using cable, wire and switch. All
room are connected to Smart device.
Room 6: This room have a computer and switch ,AC etc. This
are connecter to the server by using cable, wire and switch. All
room are connected to Smart device
Server details:In this project .I’m using
DNS,DHCP,FTP,EMAIL,IOT those 5 server
DNS sever:
A DNS server is a computer server that contains a database of public IP
addresses and their associated hostnames, and in most cases serves to
resolve, or translate, those names to IP addresses as requested. DNS
servers run special software and communicate with each other using
special protocols.

DHCP Server: A DHCP Server is a network server that
automaticallyprovidesand assigns IP addresses, default
gateways and other network parameters to client devices. It
relies on the standard protocol known as Dynamic Host
ConfigurationProtocol or DHCP to respond to broadcast
queries by clients.
Email Server: A mail server (or email server) is a computer
system that sends and receives email. Mail servers send and
receive email using standard email protocols. For example, the
SMTP protocol sends messages and handles outgoing mail
requests. The IMAP and POP3 protocols receive messages and
are used to process incoming mail.
FTP Server: The File Transfer Protocol is a standard network
protocol used for the transfer of computer files between a
client and server on a computer network. FTP is built on a
client-server model architecture using separate control and
data connectionsbetween the client and the server.
IOT Server: IoT Data Server is a "Data Integration
Controller" consisting of high reliable industrial computer and
non-programming data integration software. ... These functions
will help the data management in various scenes from the
production cell system to production line, factory, cloud system.

3*400000 = 244000 Taka (BD)
AC: Total Device * Price (per piece) = 13* 56900 =
739700Taka (BD)
Smart Door Lock: Total Device * Price (per piece) = 13*17500
= 227500 Taka (BD)
For This Project, I will take = 5, 00,000 Taka (BD)
Total Cost of this Project = 2,426,755
In this project work. I’m trying to give full effort to make this
project properly. I’m facing some problem. Then I take help
from Google and YouTube. At last, I can do this project
properly.
Topology:
In this project I am using star and hybrid topology. Star topology is
used to ease the probabilities of network failure by connecting all of
the systems to a central node. This central hub rebroadcasts all
transmissions received from any peripheral node to all peripheral
nodes on the network, sometimes including the originating node. The
advantages of a star network are: it is very reliable – if one cable or
device fails then all the others will continue to work. it is high-
performing as no data collisions can occur.
A hybrid topology is a type of network topology that uses two
or more differing network topologies. These topologies can
include a mix of bus topology, mesh topology, ring topology, star
topology. It is a type of network expensive. Design of a hybrid
network is very complex. There is change hardware in order to connect
topology with another topology. Usually hybrid architectures are
usually larger in scales so they requires a lot of cables in installation
process.
This Networks Topology Security System:
1.Routers use to maintain data security.
2.switch for protecting our data.
3.server nwtworks
4.IP and MAC based internet connection.

  • 2. Project Details In this Project, I’m trying to develop basis network system and give high security and use some modern devices. Device:Computer, Printer, Switch, Router, Wire Cable, Some digital devices like smart door lock,smart light etc . I’m using some sensor like motion sensor, smoke detector,siren,fire monitor etc. I also use a CCTV camera for security . Device Works and Price (each device):Every device works for every work. I’m describing each device part by part here. Computer: I’m using a computer in informationzone , server room ,training room, manager room, all the rooms for communicatingeach room to another room . Every Computer connected to a server. If anyone wants to give mail or transfer files that person can transfer files or mail one computer to another computer. This project, I’m using two types of computer desktop computer and Laptop computer. Computer Specificationis 21 inches monitor -10000tk, Power Supply700v- 1200tk, casing-2500tk, ram: DDR4 8 GB-3500tk, SSD 500 GB- 7000tk, Power cable-80tk. Other cable-100tk, Processor: core i9- Intel Core i9-9900K 9th generation Processor- 50450tk. Motherboard:GIGABYTE X299 UD4-40000tk. Full Computer Set price= 114830tk.

Switch: A network switch (also called switching hub, bridging hub, and is networking hardware that connects devices on a computer network by using packet switching to receive and forward data to the destinationdevice. In this project I’m using Cisco SF300-24PP-K9 24-Port POE ManagedNetwork Switch. Price 12800tk per piece. Router: A router is a networking device that forwards data packets between computer networks. Routers perform the traffic directing functions on the Internet. Then, using information in its routing table or routing policy, it directs the packet to the next network on its journey. In this project work, I’m using Asus ROG Rapture GT-AC5300 router- 29325tk. Motion Detector: A motion detector is an electrical device that utilizes a sensor to detect nearby motion. Such a device is often integrated as a component of a system that automatically performs a task or alerts a user of motion in an area. In this project, I’m using Square Wall Recessed PIR Motion Detector- 500tk. CCTV Camera: This camera only for monitoring. It givehigh security. In this project, I’m using Dahua HAC-HFW1400D 4MP HDCVI IR Bullet Camera-3500tk. Server: Network Server is a computer in Network that is designated to provide one or more network service. For example file server, database server etc. In this project, I’m using Dell EMC PowerEdge R740 2U Rack Server- 620000tk and use

AC: An air conditioner is a system or a machine that treats air in a defined, usually enclosed area via a refrigeration cycle in which warm air is removed and replaced with cooler air. In construction, a complete system of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning is referred to as HVAC. In this project, I’m using Walton WSN-RIVERINE-24B Split AC - 1.5 Ton-56900tk. Smart Light: In this project, I’m using Smart LED Light- Sonoff B1 Dimmable E27 LED Lamp RGB Color Light Bulb for Smart room. Every room has one smart light. Price- 1100tk. Smart Door Lock: A smart lock is arguably the most important part of a truly smart, connected home. Not only will it allow you to come and go as you please, it will also monitor who is entering and leaving your home while you're away. Some models simply let you use your phone to open and close doors. Price-17500tk.

  • 6. This is the full view of my project. Project name is Basis Networks Design. In this project, I’m design 3 floor building networks design. Now I’m describe about floor wise design- Ground Floor:Thisfloor is use for car parking and transport car store.There have security door,CCTVcamera, smoke Detector and Smart LED light. First Floor: This floor have one waiting room, one information room and,2 training room and a server room. Every room have AC, Security Door, CCTV camera, Smock Detector . Training room: have 5 Desktop Computer, one printer. All are connected to 1 switch. Server Room: In server room there are 5 servers,1 switch,1 webcam and a pc.
  • 7. Information zone:In information zone there are 3 pc ,1 webcam,1 AC and a printer. Second Floor: This floor have manager room and 6 others room Every room have AC, Security Door, CCTV camera, Smock Detector. Manager Room: This room have a computer and laptop. This are connecter to the server by using cable, wire and switch. All room are connected to Smart device. Room 1: This room have a computer and switch ,AC etc. This are connecter to the server by using cable, wire and switch. All room are connected to Smart device.

All room are connected to Smart device Server details:In this project .I’m using DNS,DHCP,FTP,EMAIL,IOT those 5 server DNS sever: A DNS server is a computer server that contains a database of public IP addresses and their associated hostnames, and in most cases serves to resolve, or translate, those names to IP addresses as requested.   • 10. DHCP Server: A DHCP Server is a network server that automaticallyprovidesand assigns IP addresses, default gateways and other network parameters to client devices. It relies on the standard protocol known as Dynamic Host ConfigurationProtocol or DHCP to respond to broadcast queries by clients.
  • 11. Email Server: A mail server (or email server) is a computer system that sends and receives email. Mail servers send and receive email using standard email protocols. For example, the SMTP protocol sends messages and handles outgoing mail requests. The IMAP and POP3 protocols receive messages and are used to process incoming mail.
  • 12. FTP Server: The File Transfer Protocol is a standard network protocol used for the transfer of computer files between a client and server on a computer network. FTP is built on a client-server model architecture using separate control and data connectionsbetween the client and the server.

I’m trying to give full effort to make this project properly. I’m facing some problem. Then I take help from Google and YouTube. At last, I can do this project properly. Topology: In this project I am using star and hybrid topology. Star topology is used to ease the probabilities of network failure by connecting all of the systems to a central node. This central hub rebroadcasts all transmissions received from any peripheral node to all peripheral nodes on the network, sometimes including the originating node. The advantages of a star network are: it is very reliable – if one cable or device fails then all the others will continue to work. it is high- performing as no data collisions can occur. A hybrid topology is a type of network topology that uses two or more differing network topologies. These topologies can include a mix of bus topology, mesh topology, ring topology, star topology. It is a type of network expensive. Design of a hybrid network is very complex. There is change hardware in order to connect topology with another topology. Usually hybrid architectures are usually larger in scales so they requires a lot of cables in installation process.
