Selain project initiative, di tahun 2021 juga running business as usual, dengan pencapaian terbesar pada cost efisiensi
sebesar 1,478,287,000
Take Way Box :
1. Learning hour/FTE di 2021 sebesar
32.24hour/FTE atau naik 16.9% dibanding
tahun sebelumnya.
2. Kenaikan learning hour tersebut dibarengi
dengan kenaikan learning investment
sebesar 1,9 Bio, yang digunakan untuk
pelaksanaan Juara Inovasi, Masa Persiapan
Pensiun dan strategic learning program
(Digital Manufacturing Excellence),
3. Walaupun mengalami kenaikan di learning
investment, return on learning ivestment
mencapai 1898%
