productivity, monthly P&L/ GL statements for submission of monthly corporate critiques.
• Developed and implemented training plans and procedures for all positions.

• Transitioned a team of 50 employees strategically into other business units of the property after successfully
proposing the closing and outsourcing the laundry department, resulting in an overall monthly savings of
