in your company. I have finished my studies and have graduated with a Bachelor of Finance with
Honours from Universiti Industri Selangor in May 2011.
2. For your information, I have five years of working experiences. My first job is at Ericsson Malaysia,
Cyberjaya from June 2011 to February 2012 as Finance Order Desk Executive and. My second job is IN
AMKOR Technology Malaysia (ATM) from December 2012 until now as Production Planning and
Customer Service Executive. Apart from that, I would like to contribute to your company’s success by
utilizing my maximum capacity and knowledge obtained in the company’s working and educational
institution. I believe job opportunity from your company will definitely give me chances to apply my soft
skills and knowledge in various field.

Tasks: Customer Service
- Coordinating and managing monthly and weekly production meetings.
- Plan and manage production schedules to ensure 100% on-time delivery of customer orders.
- Analyze sales order releases with respect to capacity planning and material.
- Complete shipping information and delivery date input to customer
- Interface with manufacturing personnel, purchasing personnel, etc. on material status and
production planning issues.
- Organize and manage the correspondences, calendar of events, meetings and schedules
between customers and company members.
- Be the single point of contact for customers for orders and inquiries.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to process orders, answer inquiries and questions,
handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
- Review customer’s specifications documents in compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assigned to work on improvement projects to drive and achieve higher levels in service quality
and customer satisfaction.
Production Planning
- Reviewed and analysed monthly production forecast plan.
- Simulate monthly production capability.
- Follow up production daily requirement, machine performance and output status.
- Create production schedule and prioritizes job orders for production optimization.
- Monitors re-work lots and urgent items, to keep customer’s delivery schedule.
- Develop production input monitoring tools by extract data from AS400
- Coordinate with operation team to ensure monthly production volumes are achieved to meet
customer satisfaction.
- Update forecast in SAP system.
Sales Planning
- Building and maintain relationship with customer.
- Analysed sales trend and prepare sales forecasting to optimize company revenue.
- Push sales by promote open capacity to customers.
- Coordinate shipments mode and billing terms request by customers.
- Liaise with IT team to fulfilled customer B2B requirement.
- Follow up on new customer sample building.
- Develop finished Goods cost category and adder charge by process level.
- Develop system auto send exception report if detected pricing discrepancy.
- Follow up job through all phase and ensure customer schedule was met by 100% JIT rate.

Sales Planning - Building and maintain relationship with customer. - Analysed sales trend and prepare sales forecasting to optimize company revenue. - Push sales by promote open capacity to customers. - Coordinate shipments mode and billing terms request by customers. - Liaise with IT team to fulfilled customer B2B requirement. - Follow up on new customer sample building. - Develop finished Goods cost category and adder charge by process level. - Develop system auto send exception report if detected pricing discrepancy. - Follow up job through all phase and ensure customer schedule was met by 100% JIT rate.
